NETHERWAY FARMHOUSE DETAILS AND PHOTOS

Netherway Farmhouse is largely a 17th century thatched cottage, although the oldest part of the cottage may date back to the mid 1500s. We have found mention of the Farmhouse in a survey of the village undertaken in 1584.  It is Grade 2 listed; one of 25 listed buildings in the heart of a picturesque village. This newly refurbished cottage is full of character and charm. It has 4 bedrooms, exposed stonework and original beams as well as the modern home comforts of broadband, smart TV, new carpets and fittings etc.

  • ROOMS- Ground Floor: Large Sitting Room with Television area, Dining Room, Kitchen with Pantry, Utility room with downstairs toilet and basin, Garden Room.  First Floor: Bathroom with bath and shower, Main Bedroom with kingsize bed and dressing area, Middle bedroom with kingsize bed, Third Bedroom with two single beds. Second Floor: Fourth Bedroom - a large bedroom with an ensuite shower and small dressing/ reading area

  • PARKING- there is secure parking for up to 3 cars behind the property.  Road parking is also available at the front of the cottage and anywhere in the village.  The cottage has a private garden with a gate to the driveway. 

  • UTILITIES-  Kettle, Toaster, Iron, Hair dryer, Clothes dryer, Dishwasher, Cooker (Range style with induction hob), Microwave, Fridge, Freezer, Washing machine, Internet access, barbecue, high chair, cot (on request)

  • All bed linen, towels and tea-towels are provided (please bring beach towels if needed).

  • PETS- One small well-behaved dog is accepted.  We request that dogs should be kept downstairs in the cottage.  

  • NOTES- Netherway Farmhouse is a non-smoking cottage.
